They're now looking for a Product Engineer to join and help push forward both their manufacturing process and product development.
Responsibilities
As a Product Engineer, you will be asked to contribute and to develop both, product and manufacturing processes. They have set up a pilot programme with a list of projects, so that you can learn about their product and manufacturing process, whilst showing off your skills, working on these prototypes.
You will be supporting the design of the equipment and processes needed to make production quicker and less labour intensive after you have understood our current manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or something similar.
- Previous experience in designing and building equipment to assist a production process.
- Has experience using materials to a large scale, so you must have worked on large scale products requiring lifts, cranes or hoists, working with metal materials.
- You will need to have produced designs in Software's such as SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDEDGE, CATIA v5 etc. But you need to be comfortable producing and reading CAD drawings when required.
