What you’ll be doing
- Establishing and scaling in‑house production processes from scratch
- Ensuring compliance across manufacturing activities, including audits and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with suppliers to build and optimise a robust supply chain
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing new suppliers as the company scales
- Collaborating with R&D teams to translate innovative designs into efficient, repeatable manufacturing
- Driving continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery
