Lead Finance Analyst

With operations in over 50 countries - our manufacturing client are a family-owned, global solutions provider of niche products to the global energy market.

We’re seeking a creative problem-solver experienced in conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and provide feedback to management. With a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail – you’ll help devise the company’s financial plans and budgets, analyse trends in finance, create financial models and “what if” scenarios, lead projects and support process improvements.
 
You’ll have the written capabilities to maintain documentation for compliance to policies for audits, plus the interpersonal capabilities to comfortably manage a junior finance analyst, and to maintain strong relationships with company partners.

Requirements:

• 2+ years financial analyst/accounting experience
• Proven numerical capabilities
• Skills within: Data entry skills, SAP, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel
• People management experience

Desirable:

• Power BI experience
• CCAB Qualification
