As a Junior PMO, you’ll play a key role in supporting project managers and programme leads across a variety of IT and business transformation initiatives. You’ll help keep projects on track, ensure documentation is up to date, and contribute to the smooth running of project operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Supporting financial processes, including budgeting and time registration
- Managing project documentation and maintaining governance standards
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
- Facilitating communication between internal teams and stakeholders
- Helping audit deliverables and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with portfolio and transformation teams
This role is ideal for someone early in their project management journey, whether you’ve just graduated, completed an internship, or have some experience in a project support role.
You’ll ideally bring:
- A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Some experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., SharePoint, Azure Boards)
- Fluency in English, Spanish, or other European languages is a bonus
Please note this is an initial 6-month contract role, based in Madrid, and you will be required to go into the office at least 2 days a week.
