Junior Project Manager - Salesforce Programme
Location: Amsterdam (3 days onsite per week) or Madrid (2 days onsite per month)
Contract: Until 31 December 2026 (likely extension into 2027)
Start: Before end of March 2026
The role in plain English
You’ll be the right hand to the Programme PM, helping keep a global Salesforce rollout on track.
This is a delivery support role. You’re not expected to run the whole programme - you’ll bring structure, chase actions, track progress, manage the RAID log, produce updates, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
It suits someone early in their PM career who’s worked on IT or business change projects and wants proper exposure to a large, international transformation.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain project plans and timelines
- Track milestones, actions, risks and dependencies
- Prepare status reports and stakeholder updates
- Support budgeting and cost tracking
- Coordinate across business and IT teams in multiple countries
- Manage project documentation and PMO governance
- Help with escalations and issue resolution
- Step in as cover for the lead PM when needed
The project
Rolling out a global Salesforce core platform to multiple countries, including integrations.
The aim is to standardise processes, improve data, and support future CRM transformation.
What they’re looking for
Essential:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Project Manager / Project Coordinator / PMO role
- Experience supporting delivery of IT or business change projects
- Strong organisation and reporting skills
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams
- Fluent business English
- MS 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Able to work in an international, multi-timezone environment
Nice to have:
- Exposure to CRM projects (especially Salesforce)
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow
- Spanish language
- Agile / PRINCE2 / PMP foundation level
