IntaPeople have partnered with a leading international law firm, looking to add an IT Trainer to their team. As an IT Trainer, you will be expected to provide top standard training courses across the firm’s offices. This training will be provided for a range of stakeholders across the business, all the way from secretaries to work experience students. A successful IT Trainer will have an enthusiastic personality and excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey information through their training.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer top standard training programs for stakeholders including Partners, Solicitors and Secretaries across all our offices
  • Create supporting documentation and training course materials on the intranet and in hard copy
  • Offer deskside training, seminars, and one-on-one sessions
  • Coordinating with department heads to identify training needs, and provide advice, direction, and information
  • Make sure the classrooms and materials are always prepared for training
  • Create and maintain user manuals for the intranet website

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in delivering virtual, classroom, and hybrid training in Microsoft and legal desktop programs
  • Willingness to learn new applications
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Floor walking, deskside, and online delivery skills, as well as coaching and one-on-one experience
  • Exceptional proficiency with all Microsoft 365 programs and PDF documents
  • Practical knowledge of legal software programs like Carpe Diem, iManage, and SPM
  • Experience in developing new courses, from concept through delivery to user group, including designing and developing the course outline and script

Further Information:

  • Salary – up to £60,000
  • Working hours – 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • Location – London
  • Occasional travel to other offices
