The Role and Preferred experience
- Providing general IT support (1st Line)
- 1-3 years experience
- Installation and updating of software
- Processing of Joiners and Leavers
- Assisting with Data Recovery
- Experience providing support using TeamViewer, Teams or Skype
- Office 365 and Windows 10 experience
- Demonstrated competency within a helpdesk/service desk environment
- Knowledge of a well known ticketing system
