IntaPeople are working with a renowned Managed Service Provider who operate across multiple countries. They are looking to expand the team in their Manchester office with an IT Support Engineer.
In brief you'll be;
- Supporting clients and end-users on various IT issues (2nd Line)
- Taking ownership of tickets through to resolution
- Travelling occasionally to client sites across Manchester
The skills you'll need are;
- A solid working knowledge of supporting 365 applications
- Azure
- Active Directory/Azure Active Directory administration
- InTune
- Windows Desktop and Server OS/Hardware
