Due to continued growth, the opportunity for a new technical outfit based in the US has been confirmed and we are not recruiting IT Support Engineers to join the team. Working on the next generation of new and genuinely innovative products, from development of products throughout the realization, concept phase and into development, you will have the opportunity to support high-tech products which will have a huge impact on people’s lives.
Reporting to the IT Systems Manager you will monitor, maintain, and complete service desk tickets whilst supporting users in trouble shooting issues. You will provide remote and on-site technical support across the entire company’s estate to ensure down time is kept to a minimum.
Skills:
- Experience across personal computers, networking, server management, printers’ control of entry systems and CCTV systems
- 1st and 2nd line IT/Platform support
- Previous experience working on an IT Help desk whilst being able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders/peers
We are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure (Software as well as hardware) and are able to show commercial experience and knowledge in practice. We are seeking someone who is flexible and has excellent customer service skills whilst also being able to communicate effectively with non-IT users.
Salary - $30,000 - $40,000 depending on experience.
