IntaPeople are proud to be supporting a globally recognised organisation who due to continued growth now require a Junior – Mid level IT Project Manager to join their Globally based PMO function. If you’re currently an experience Project Officer looking for the next step or an IT Project Manager wanting a new challenge, this could be for you.
This is really a unique opportunity for someone to enhance and work across their digital/software teams and wider business stakeholders.
What you will be doing :
You’ll be responsabile for leading, planning, executing, reporting and evaluating with more concrete tasks such as :
- Completing ongoing project status reports and meeting with the steering group
- Daily project management of your project team requirements, including resource administration, general follow-up on deliveries and handling of personal and professional issues
- Collaborating with management and based on assignment refining the scope of the projects
- Creating detailed project plans which identifies the activities and resources needed to successfully complete the project
- Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis, ensuring that it meets the project standards
- Reporting into the Head of PMO
What you bring :
- Have experience working on IT Projects
- Experience with both AGILE and Waterfall methodology
- Have experience within a Manufacturing environment (or relatable)
- Have at least 2+ years’ experience with project management
- Have the appetite to work with internationally based stakeholders
- Have strong English communications skills both written and verbally
- Ideally have Prince2 Foundation qualifications .
Role overview (at a glance):
- A progressive starting salary of £45,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus scheme – based on company performance

- Hybrid working – 2/3 days per week onsite in South Wales (free parking on site)
