We are currently recruiting on behalf of a world class semiconductor manufacturing company at the forefront of technology currently require an experienced Installation and Service Engineer to join their team! As part of the South Wales semiconductor cluster they have the potential to be part of creating thousands of jobs in the local area as well as reshaping the global electronics industry! They enable other companies/their customers to succeed within their particular fields, selling their products worldwide.
The Installation and Service Engineer will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Installation and start up of new machinery or upgrades on customer site, general repairs in the field, Servicing & maintenance of existing machinery including preventative maintenance. You should have prior experience within the semi conductor industry as well as ECD- electrochemical deposition would be beneficial (you will gradually become more involved in these areas). The role will involve regular travel throughout Asia, US and Europe.

Experience/Skills:
- Experience semi conductor equipment
- Degree educated in a relevant engineering discipline i.e. Electrical/Electronics (although candidates with no degree and relevant experience will be considered)
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to be customer facing
