Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a background in Azure, Windows Server, and desktop services?
We’re seeking a skilled professional to take on a critical role in managing, supporting, and enhancing our IT infrastructure. As part of our team, you’ll oversee desktop services infrastructure, ensure high availability, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective technology solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and monitor desktop services, ensuring 24/7 availability and seamless operation across Azure and Windows environments. 100% cloud environment.
- Project & Vendor Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Manage updates, patches, and security for all systems, ensuring they align with regulatory and security standards.
- Problem Solving: Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues, documenting solutions for continuous improvement.
- Technical Development & Training: Mentor junior team members and stay updated on emerging technologies through training and certifications.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. Microsoft Entra ID (formely Azure Active Directory)
- Certifications: Azure certifications (SC300, AZ104) or 5+ years of experience working within Azure environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to engage with business teams, ensuring solutions align with operational needs.
- Additional Knowledge: PowerShell scripting, endpoint detection, and Azure security products knowledge is advantageous.
