Job Role
This role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the ICT operational environments that support, core infrastructure (Compute, Storage,
Virtualisation and Networking), Business Applications and End User Solution (Citrix, M365, Thin Clients) to the business: Primary areas of
responsibility include: -
o Building, monitoring, maintaining and supporting the existing Dell house infrastructure including servers, storage, backup
solutions, firewalls, network, data and applications including patch cycles
o Strong knowledge of administrating and supporting M365 including Exchange Online, Teams
o Strong knowledge of administrating and supporting Azure including Azure AD, Site Recovery, Backup and core Tenant best
practices and security standards.
o Good understanding of End User Technologies like Citrix, Thin Clients (Dell and 10Zig) and UEM solutions.
o Good understanding of Network (Dell) and Voice solutions (Avaya and 8x8)
o Using automation for repeat tasks and checks to improve efficiencies, accuracy and reduce work effort
o Maintain L3 ticket queue for all infrastructure and escalations
o Resolve incidents, investigate root cause, and undertake problem management

Work Experience and Qualifications
o A solid background working within a busy IT team and experience in supporting technical solutions
o Strong experience in general Wintel support with Microsoft stack.
o Experience in an IT role, implementing change and projects successfully across multiple locations
o Virtualisation technology experience (VMWare)
o Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, CBA, MFA, Teams, Intune) and other SaaS/UCaaS like 8x8..
o Experience of remote desktops such as Citrix Desktop and Thin Clients (10 Zigs)
o Understanding of Linux would be an advantage.
