Information Security Engineer - £70,000 + 15% Annual Bonus
IntaPeople are working with a Global Telecom company who are looking for an Information Security Engineer to fit into a new function of the IT department. You will be exposed to latest technologies and cyber security measures and will be part of many Greenfield projects.
The company offers flexibility to work from home (2-3 days in the office), 33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) as well as market-leading development and progression opportunities.

About the role:
- The new function will start as a team of 2, but will be cross-functional with many other teams. Growth is inevitable and there will be plenty of opportunities to either grow into a more senior hands-on position or a managerial position. You will be part of an exceptional group of InfoSec specialists that will continue to develop and implement a roadmap for the security posture of the business.
About you:
- An deep understanding of Information security, from a practical standpoint
- Experience with penetration testing and InfoSec tooling
- You will be able to mitigate security issues and will have prior experience in root cause analysis, risk, DLP, and incident prevention measures.
- You are skilled in AWS, Azure, and Office 365 security
- You will be innovative, detailed and able to demonstrate a professional demeanour
- You will be a team player, whilst equally being able to manage yourself and workload independently.
