Incident / Service Delivery Manager - South Wales
We are looking for someone currently at a Senior Service Desk / Incident Manager with an interest in progressing into Service Delivery for a company in Bridgend.
You'll end up as a Service Delivery Manager with responsibility for all elements of the Client relationship, Client experience and Client retention in a large Managed Service Provider.
You will act as the client advocate for the business and your day will involves relationship management, exception and escalation management and Service Level Management focused activities; particularly reporting and trend analysis to support continual improvement.
You will be vitally important to the business.
