3-4 days p/week onsite in Cardiff ideally 

We are seeking a dynamic Head of IT Services to lead and enhance our clients IT operations. This role supports a large business and ensures the seamless implementation of their IT strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Implementation: Oversee and execute the organisation's IT strategy.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Service Desk Management: Ensure efficient operation and outstanding support across offices.
• Service Delivery: Oversee IT services to meet business needs and SLAs, implementing best practices.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Lead IT infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance and managing risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and communicate IT developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in senior IT management, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and infrastructure.
• Ability to lead large-scale IT projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
