Delivering services to patients across the globe – our client are a trusted partner of the NHS and an established healthcare company in South Wales.
(With full training provided) you’ll manage the help desk, support users and deal with day-to-day issues.. Your role is to help improve how the company are using their ERP, so ideally we are seeking previous experience in helping improve and develop manufacturing ERP systems. This role has a clear, fast progression plan, involving rich learning opportunities, and you will be part of the journey as the company begin to embark a new, large project. You’ll answer queries, trying the fix them yourself and pass onto senior members where required, you'll document procedures and change requests, develop expert knowledge of the system and assist with application developments.
Requirements:
- Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (ideally)
- Experience with SQL, & strong reporting skills
- Previous IT Support experience - ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications
- Detail-oriented and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication
This is a hybrid position with 2 days in office based in Caerphilly office. Salary is open as we are open to include graduates with minimal ERP experience, providing there is some transferrable skills including ideally SQL experience. We are also open to more experienced ERP professionals with minimal support be required.
