ERP Support Analyst (Engineer) / Business Support Analyst
£30-37K & good benefits package.
50 % home working 50% working in office (near Cardiff)
We are seeking someone with strong SQL Server skills and previous ERP support experience for a fantastic client in Rhondda, near Cardiff
The ideal skills match would include previous experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Business Central or similar cloud-based ERP systems as well as good experience of Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies.
You will need great interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people at all levels across the business and should be self-motivated, analytical thinker who is good at problem-solving, identifying patterns, and applying them.
For this role you will:
Engage with business users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
Plan and undertake scheduled system testing and maintenance.
Use your experience working with SQL and competent working with Excel to extract data from databases.
Use your experience in Report Writing.
Evaluate ERP processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement.
Identify and correct data issues.
Test Modifications / customisations prior to end user testing and acceptance.
Review documentation and processes as required and oversee End User Testing.
