As the new Infrastructure Engineering Manager within this innovative organisation, you will enter a platform of continuous learning and growth. With integrity and accountability, you will support the engineering/asset management lifecycle activities at the manufacturing site, covering risk management, budgetary control, planning and execution.
You’ll ensure regulatory requirements are maintained to ensure cGMP is consistently met. You’ll instil a culture of continuous improvement, develop and sustain robust systems and controls, and be responsible for project governance and execution for key infrastructure and equipment changes / upgrades.
This role involves working with internal stakeholders to assess infrastructure risk and solve equipment problems, and to identify root causes for failures – developing corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
Experience Required
- Degree or equivalent - engineering/maintenance discipline
- Strong engineering/maintenance experience, within a GMP Biopharmaceutical, or similar production environment, such as food/aerospace/automotive
- Strong communication competencies.
