Engineering Administrator - Initial 6 Month Contract
IntaPeople are looking for an Engineering Administrator in the North Yorkshire region.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Schedule work for the repair and maintenance and service teams.
- Optimise travel routes and increasing productivity.
- Participate and support scheduled meetings.
- Maintain customer database, ensuring all systems are up to date.
- Prepare reports in the required timescales.
- Liaise with customers/clients to advise of appointments or delays and updates on follow-on works.
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of SAP systems would be desirable.
- Previous experience of planning and co-ordinating maintenance work.
- Ability to make decisions in a time pressured environment.
- Any experience or knowledge of engineering will be beneficial.
