£75,000 - £85,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Working within a high-tech team that includes R&D, software development and electronics engineering, the successful candidate will take ownership of a team of software development engineers. As well as being a part of the team, as a hands on engineer. (50/50 split).
About you:
- 15+ years within an embedded software/firmware role
- 8+ years team leadership/management experience
- Holds strong knowledge of C language programming for embedded platforms (ARM, RTOS, Linux)
- Highly proficient tuning & debugging on embedded devices
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Familiar with the use of continuous integration (CI) techniques
