Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to contribute to the design and development of advanced electro‑mechanical products used within highly regulated environments. This is a hands‑on engineering role spanning concept development, system integration, testing, and production support.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and technical partners to ensure products meet user needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex electro‑mechanical products for use in regulated industries.
  • Perform day‑to‑day engineering activities, providing technical support to production, technical sales, and other key business functions.
  • Define and interpret user needs, producing clear product requirement specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external consultants throughout the development cycle.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including component specifications, technical reports, and risk management files for inclusion in product technical files.
  • Develop and manage test strategies to assess the performance of developmental components, assemblies, and systems under simulated operational conditions.
  • Provide technical assistance and problem resolution at all stages—before, during, and after build—leading to successful Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in the design and development of electronic or electro‑mechanical products.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
  • A logical and pragmatic approach to the product development process, with strong capability in solving technical problems and contributing original ideas.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, or collaboratively within an integrated project team.
  • Strong technical competency—both analytical and practical—with a hands‑on engineering mindset.
