E&A Supervisor

My client in Lichtervelde are looking for an E&A Supervisor for their team.

Contract type: Permanent
Start: As soon as possible (will wait for notice periods)
Languages: Dutch and English
Working model: Fully onsite
Salary: €3500 - €5000 per month

Day-to-day:

• Planning and preparing corrective and preventive electrical maintenance.
• Preparing, monitoring, and executing electrical and automation projects in collaboration with others.
• Debugging PLC malfunctions and resolving electrical issues.
• Supporting, coaching, and guiding the maintenance team in the performance of their duties.
• Monitoring permit and inspection procedures, and updating electrical schematics.
• Submitting and developing improvement proposals related to electrical systems and automation.
• Drafting and providing work instructions, and ensuring safety during maintenance work.
• Providing backup in the absence of fellow team leaders within the maintenance department.
• You will report to the maintenance manager.
• Actively contributing to the digitization of the maintenance workflow.
• Repairs and improvements of machinery.
