Data & Analytics Lead - London or Cardiff
£65-80k & 40 days paid holiday, great pension, 35 hours per week & other benefits.
As Head of Group Data and Analytics, you will build Centres of Excellence where transformative business strategies will be created by you and your team, through the use of business intelligence reporting and various forms of data.
We're looking for an experienced senior manager, with an appropriate certification in Business Intelligence or have equivalent extensive knowledge, along with skills in project management methodologies. If you have proven experience of managing large budgets and building processes and people teams to deliver effective business change and results we'd love to hear from you.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to an experienced data professional, in creating change and adding value to all members and stakeholders across the organisation.
Purpose
You will be responsible for advising and steering the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team through the transformation of data within the group. You will shape the group’s long-term strategy and acting as a credible partner to our most senior leaders.
You'll be part of the leadership team which are tasked with transforming the group into a modern 'Digital First' business.

Ability to think strategically, analyse and distil complex issues from a variety of research, evidence and other sources and write clearly for different audiences within tight time-frames.
Significant experience in management, prioritisation, balancing competing demands and delivering in line with objectives and quality.
