Key Responsibilities:
- Use your expertise in performance analytics to improve evidence-led decision-making.
- Enhance data reporting and analytics for member satisfaction and commercial growth.
- Explore data requirements, assess accessibility and quality, and perform both basic and advanced statistical analyses.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI in current processes.
- Develop and influence performance measurement frameworks and deep-dive analytics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and other data professionals.
- Establish a foundation for a professional data service within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in performance data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong skills in developing insights and intelligence for targeted action.
- Ability to introduce best practices and influence change.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Competent with Google Analytics, Looker, Microsoft SSMS, SSRS, and PowerBi.
- Enthusiastic about collaboration, knowledge sharing, and personal development.
