Job description

A rapidly growing robotics automation company is looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to join their team

Key skills:

  • Experience of working with EPLAN Electrical CAD Software
  • Experience of programming and installing PLC and HMI systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley or Schneider Electric)
  • Control Systems design experience from concept through to implementation, site install, start-up, commissioning and operation
  • Experience of writing specifications for controls/electrical cabinets including wiring diagrams, cable calculations and pneumatic diagrams

Desirable experience:

  • Some software development work on Python/C++/Javascript experience could be useful
  • Some experience of working with robots – Kuka, ABB, UR would be beneficial but not essential
