IntaPeople are looking for Coating Technician in Newport.  Our client is one of the largest and most respected providers of heat treatment and thermal processing services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Programming CNC and robotic manipulation equipment
• Selecting and monitoring the process parameters
• Loading and unloading components and preparing appropriate tooling and masking.
• Ensure that components are coated accordingly to the quality standards / process documents for each application.
• Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure preceding operations have been carried out correctly.
• Verification of your own work to ensure it meets the required standards.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced within a Manufacturing/Engineering environment.
• Ability to read & understand engineering drawings and measurement techniques.
• Able to operate semi-automatic equipment using pre-determined programmes.
