CNC Machinist

IntaPeople are searching for experienced CNC machinists to join a leading precision engineering business serving diverse industries. You will be part of the manufacturing team working closely with engineers, and other team members to enhance production processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate CNC machines with precision and expertise (including lathes and milling machines)
• Set up machines and ensure accurate production without supervision.
• Ability to edit and write programs would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Fanuc and Mazatrol programming is highly desirable.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Read technical drawings and inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
• Adhere to tolerance specifications and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, especially in milling operations.
• Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Familiarity with Fanuc and Mazatrol systems preferred.
• Knowledge of G-code and CAM software
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Working Hours & Benefits:

Monday - Thursday: 7.30 am - 4.00 pm

Friday: 7.30 am - 2.30 pm
