Business Process Manager – 3 Month Contract
Location: Cardiff – 4 days per week onsite initially
Rate: £350-£450 per day

A leading client of ours is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join their team on a 3-month interim basis. This role is perfect for a professional with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimising business processes, with a strong emphasis on backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity policy frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Implementation:
- Develop, review, and update key business policies including back-up procedures, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Ensure all policies are aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business continuity objectives.

Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Assess current business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational resilience and security.

Risk Management & Compliance:
- Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to perform risk assessments and ensure policies adequately mitigate potential threats.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with established policies across the organisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of business process improvements.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to promote policy awareness and adherence throughout the organisation.

Continuous Monitoring & Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of implemented policies.
- Provide regular status updates and process reviews to senior management.
