Business Information Administrator
up to £30,000 depending on experience.

Due to continued success and growth this industry leading manufacturer in the Cardiff area currently require a Technical/Business Information Administrator to join their team. Training will be provided for the right candidate!
The main responsibilities will be to maintain the integrity of technical data (Bills of Materials, costs & routings, product configurations) within the Business Information System (MS Dynamics), however experience with MS Dynamics (or other CRM/MRP systems) and experience with BOMs, product configurations etc. is not essential if candidates can show excellent attention to detail, an eagerness to learn, are enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Although, you should already have an understanding of/experience within a manufacturing environment and/or product design/development. Training will be provided for the right candidate if required!

Responsibilities:
Maintain integrity of data within the MRP/CRM system
Include items, products, bills of materials (BOM’s), routings, configurations, prices etc. as a result of change requests
Update price lists and new product developments
Provide support to MRP/CRM users and support the department in achieving its objectives.
Using own initiative and knowledge to identify improvement opportunities to streamline processes
Support of projects to improve business systems
Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of/experience within a manufacturing environment and/or product design/development
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic
Good IT skills, including Microsoft office
Ideally you will already have experience with MRP/ERP/CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics) although training will be provided for the right candidate
Ideally you will have knowledge of/experience maintaining technical manufacturing data within an MRP/ERP/CRM (Bills of materials, routings, configurations, prices etc.) although training will be provided for the right candidate.
