An ambitious and expanding technology services organisation is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator/Manager to join its professional services team in Cardiff.

Working alongside experienced technical and operational teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating customer projects, maintaining project controls, and ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to completion.
The Opportunity

This role has been designed as a development position, providing hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle while working within a highly technical environment. You'll gain valuable exposure to project planning, stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, resource coordination, risk management, and service transition activities.
Alongside project delivery responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to develop a broader understanding of modern IT infrastructure and security technologies, helping you build both commercial and technical knowledge.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinating activities between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners
- Tracking project milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies
- Supporting project governance processes and maintaining accurate project records
- Monitoring progress against agreed timelines and identifying potential delivery issues
- Assisting with resource allocation and workload planning
- Participating in customer meetings and producing follow-up actions and documentation
- Supporting project handovers into operational support teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes
- Building knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security solutions delivered by the business
