Associate Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Applicants must be within commutable distance of Merthyr Tydfil for weekly visits

They are seeking someone ambitious, willing to learn and work with the support from experienced Business Analysts, who will receive the opportunity to finetune Business Analyst skills, successfully collaborate with key members of the business, and deliver oversight of key clinical and company systems.

This position will report into the Senior Business Analyst, and work towards identifying opportunities for process improvement, prioritising the processes which will return the greatest increase for productivity.

Responsibilities:

You will identify and document all improvement requirements and manage the pre-project process and implementation of the solution. Develop to-be process maps and “Monday” board for your assigned business area, document projects, ensure solutions are reliable and valid, respond to application support issues from customers, and co-ordinate with multiple vendors.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree (in a subject that demonstrates “logical” and “analytical” thinking)

• Previous experience of working within a Business Analyst Role

• Previous experience of Computer System Validation

• Able to create documentation for a variety of audiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create documentation for a variety of audiences

Desirable:

• Previous experience of managing a project from inception to operation

• Previous experience of working within a Clinical Research Organisation or Pharmaceutical Company
