About the role
You will be responsible for supporting and developing the configuration of the Agresso solution for the HR and payroll team. Translating business requirements into solution design and functional requirements will be a core focus as well as documenting Agresso software configuration.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Supporting configuration developments
- Dealing with escalated calls from the service desk and operational areas
- Maintaining up to date calls and problem records
- Respond to change requests – Initial impact assessment, making configuration changes and coordinating testing
- Conduct details design within functional areas
About you
- Managed multiple Agresso implementations
- Excellent software knowledge of HR and Payroll software
- Experience with working in a live support environment
- High level consulting skills
