Agile Delivery Lead

Intapeople are working with a Swansea based tech company to expand their product delivery team with an Agile Delivery Lead. The role will involve assisting the Head of Product Delivery and managing the day-to-day duties of each tribe, whilst creating delivery plans for each squad ensuring they are properly instated. You will be responsible for project change coordination and keeping each tribe on track during the process. As the main point of contact for project delivery across each tribe, you will need to coach and assist squads by using agile frameworks and encouraging an agile delivery culture.

 

About you..

  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent organisation skills.
  • We are looking for someone resilient and adaptable with knowledge of agile delivery frameworks.
  • Positive working attitude and ability to work in a high-pressure environment whilst managing deadlines.
  • A motivational speaker who can keep all tribes on task.
  • You will continuously keep up to date with new agile practises and be confident in merging these into the business.
  • Open to feedback and new challenges.

 

About the role..

  • As the Agile Delivery Lead you will be responsible for building agile delivery plans for each tribe and working with squad scrum masters to ensure each team stays on task successfully.
  • Supporting the Head of Product Delivery in meeting the expectations of the business for their product delivery needs through agile methodologies.
  • Collaborating with Chapter Leads to create a supportive and informative culture for tribes and recognising achievements.
  • Inspiring tribes to openly communicate and continuously improve processes.

 

The experience required..

  • Experience delivering Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Team management skills and leading meetings.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of using agile delivery toolsets.
