IntaPeople are working with a well-established MSP that offers their Managed IT, Cloud, and Cyber security service to a wealth of SMEs across the country, they are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to going their growing team 
 
Responsibilities 

  • Resolving 2nd Line Incidents.  
  • Operating as a single point of contact for IT service requests.
  • Incident management, logging calls with 3rd parties.  
  • Timely handling of all incidents to SLA. 
  • Incident tracking, escalating when necessary, and closure upon resolution. 
  • Setting up and configuring IT hardware.
  • User account administration. 

Essential Experience 

  • Windows Server (2016).
  • Windows 10. 
  • Sophos. 
  • Office 365. 

Desirable Experience 

  • DHCP. 
  • DNS. 
  • LAN/WAN Technologies.
  • Group Policy. 
  • Software Asset Management. 
  • Patch Management & Security.
