Responsibilities
- Resolving 2nd Line Incidents.
- Operating as a single point of contact for IT service requests.
- Incident management, logging calls with 3rd parties.
- Timely handling of all incidents to SLA.
- Incident tracking, escalating when necessary, and closure upon resolution.
- Setting up and configuring IT hardware.
- User account administration.
Essential Experience
- Windows Server (2016).
- Windows 10.
- Sophos.
- Office 365.
Desirable Experience
- DHCP.
- DNS.
- LAN/WAN Technologies.
- Group Policy.
- Software Asset Management.
- Patch Management & Security.
