2nd Line IT Support Engineer

£23,000-25,000 depending on experience & benefits

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician for a successful client in Cardiff. You will be helping with 1st and 2nd Line Support work across the organisation. 

Remote initially but hopefully you'll get to meet the rest of the team and work most days in a brand new building within easy walking distance of Cardiff Central Station.

You'll be:

Logging calls and troubleshooting issue remotely and in person, providing a high level of customer service working to SLA's and providing support on the following:

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Prioritising issues dependant on urgency
  • Hardware/Software installation
  • Work closely with Infrastructure and Development teams
  • Assigned IT project work in addition to day to day tasks

You do need a high level of IT literacy and be fully conversant in Office 365 and Windows 10 for this one.

If you have some good Windows and Applications support experience with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a Service Desk environment we'd love to hear from you.

Microsoft Certified Professional and ITIL qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
