IntaPeople are working with a renowned Cloud and Managed Service provider who are looking for some talented 2nd Line Support Analysts to support their most prestigious clients in London. 

 

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years in an IT Support environment (ideally within an MSP)

- Up to date knowledge of Windows servers technologies

- Virtualisation (VMWARE)

- Knowledge of VPN's and Firewalls advantageous

- Experience supporting multiple clients

 

What you will be doing: 

- Providing level 2 support to maintain clients infrastructure

- Creating and maintaining client documentation 

- Using your experience to help mentor level 1 engineers

- Investigating and resolving customers issues and agreeing timelines for issue fixes 

- Liaising with clients

 

What you'll receive

Between £35,000-£45,000 DOE
