2nd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer - Bridgend
£25,000 - £30,000 & benefits
We are urgently looking for someone with around 3 years tech experience to a 2nd Line Service Desk Support or Infrastructure Support level for our client in Bridgend.
This will be a highly customer / client facing role. They are looking for someone who has enough technical knowledge to prgress, with training, to more of a Solutions Consutling role (but you don't need this higher level infrastructure experience right now). You will eventually help clients transform they use technology.
The ideal background would be an interest in IT Operating Models and Cloud Operating Models as well as the ability to understand the impact of emerging technology trends.
