1st Line Support Engineer

Up to £24,000 DOE
Hybrid after completion of probation
IntaPeople are working with a managed service provider based in Doncaster who are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with exposure to 2nd line support issues. The successful individual will be the first point of contact for all issues raised by either phone or email as well as identifying the issue and managing the ticket through to closure.
The role will involve:
- Managing your time to prioritise urgent tickets.
- Providing end user support.
- Being the first point of contact for any issues raised by either email or phone.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Working with other team members to ensure all tickets are actioned.
- Managing on average 20 plus tickets per shift.
The ideal individual:
- Previous experience with a ticketing system.
- Experience of Exchange online.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload.
- Excellent customer service.
- Previous exposure to Active Directory on Windows 8 and above.
