IntaPeople are working with a well-established MSP that offers their Managed IT, Cloud, and Cyber security service to a wealth of SMEs across the country, they are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer for their established team. 
 
Responsibilities 

  • Resolving 1st Line Incidents.  
  • Operating as a single point of contact for IT service requests.
  • Incident management, logging calls with 3rd parties.  
  • Timely handling of all incidents to SLA. 
  • Incident tracking, escalating when necessary, and closure upon resolution. 
  • Setting up and configuring IT hardware.
  • User account administration. 

Essential Experience 

  • Windows Server (2016).
  • Windows 10.  
  • Office 365.
