Are you ready to help build the next generation of quantum computers? A cutting-edge quantum computing startup is seeking a Quantum Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and integrate core modules in their scalable neutral-atom quantum systems.
In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a key subsystem—such as laser distribution, optical tweezers, or high-NA imaging—and oversee its full lifecycle from design to system integration. Collaborating closely with top-tier scientists and cross-functional engineering teams, you’ll rotate across projects, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in AMO physics and quantum technology.
We're looking for candidates with a PhD or Postdoc in AMO physics and experience working with laser and optical systems in a research setting. Familiarity with UHV systems, Rydberg atoms, or atom arrays is a major plus. Programming and electronics experience are welcome additions, as is any background in the quantum computing industry.
This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing team translating academic breakthroughs into scalable quantum technology. Join us at the frontier of innovation—where academic freedom meets purpose-driven engineering.
